Using TarotLingo

These Terms govern the TarotLingo iOS and Android apps, tarotlingo.com, and related services from Numin Labs, LLC ("TarotLingo," "we," or "us"). By accepting these Terms or using the service after they are made available, you agree to them. Contact hi@tarotlingo.com with questions or complaints.

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher applicable minimum age. A parent or guardian must permit your use and agree where required if you are under legal adulthood. Keep account information accurate and sign-in access secure. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; these Terms do not replace required privacy consent.

Readings and AI

TarotLingo is for education, entertainment, and personal reflection. It does not provide professional advice or emergency services, and readings do not guarantee future events or outcomes.

AI responses can be inaccurate or inappropriate, and scanning can misidentify cards. Check results, use your judgment, and consult qualified professionals for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Features and allowances may vary by platform, version, location, and offer.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, features, usage limits, and trial terms are shown before purchase. Apple or Google processes purchases through its store. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew, and trials convert to paid subscriptions, unless cancelled before the applicable deadline. One-time and non-renewing purchases follow their displayed terms.

Manage or cancel through the billing store's subscription settings: Apple instructions or Google Play instructions. Cancel an Apple free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal.

Deleting your account, signing out, or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Switching devices does not change the billing store. Access after cancellation and refunds follow the offer, store rules, and applicable law. Restore eligible purchases through the available option or contact support. Required notice, agreement, refund, and cancellation rights apply to subscription changes.

Content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in submitted content and grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it to necessary providers for requested features, support, and security. This does not authorize publishing your private journal or using its contents in advertisements. Shared copies may remain with recipients.

Use only content you have rights to use. Do not violate privacy or intellectual property, impersonate or threaten others, bypass security or payment controls, access others' accounts, disrupt the service, or abuse automated access.

We and our licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and protected content; public-domain material and others' rights remain unaffected. Use the service for its intended personal purposes and sharing features. Other copying or commercial redistribution requires permission unless allowed by law.

Service changes and closure

We may update the service or reasonably restrict access for material breaches, security, fraud prevention, safety, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain restrictions and allow review through support. Paid commitments remain subject to required notice and remedies.

You can stop using the service and request deletion through Settings or hi@tarotlingo.com. See our deletion page for the process.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted operation or accurate AI output. We exclude indirect and consequential losses where legally permitted.

Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain intact, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and rights to reasonable care, refunds, and other remedies.

Other terms

Applicable store and third-party terms, including Apple's Standard EULA where applicable, do not reduce our legal obligations. Disputes remain subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections; contacting support does not restrict available legal remedies.

We will date changes and provide notice and obtain agreement where required, without retroactively removing accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law.
