Delete Your TarotLingo Account

Request deletion

In TarotLingo, open Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation and sign-in verification steps.

You can also email hi@tarotlingo.com with the subject Delete my TarotLingo account, your account email, and whether you signed in with Apple or Google. You do not need the app installed. Tell us if you want the whole account or only particular information removed. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

What we delete and retain

We delete your account and associated data within 30 days of your request, including your profile, saved readings, notes, custom spreads, preferences, and learning progress. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.

We may retain limited records where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 90 days before those backups expire. Once deleted, your account data cannot be restored.

You can delete individual saved readings from the Journal and remove custom spreads without closing your account. Copies you shared outside TarotLingo may remain with their recipients.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Account deletion and uninstalling the app do not cancel a subscription. Cancel through the store that bills you:

• Apple subscription instructions.
• Google Play subscription instructions.
